Warranty effective after 15 Days activation.

Registration Submission: Photo and Video clear to see Name, Contact Number, Device Model, S/N or IMEI are required.

Repair Require: Call our outlet service team and walk in.

The warranty claim exclude labour charges.

The warranty claim must refer to the outlet of purchase.

Direct walk in SERVICE CENTER is not entitle for the warranty claim.
Terms & Condition remain the same with new card (new purchase) of which mobile phone found with any or all of the following conditions are not eligible for the insurance claim:

Key part or accessory of the phone missing

Unauthorised dismantled
-
Water / liquid damaged

Any of the above condition found / detected during technical inspection and will deemed to void the insurance policy and shall not proceed with claim requested.

Warranty Period: 365 DAYS

NO limit to the number warranty times during the extended warranty period.
